View route detailsDespite my faith in the immutability of mountains, the last meters of the original Soldà route have collapsed. So, after a first attempt in which we were unable to join the original line, we return for another run on this beautiful route and, following Soro Dorotei’s advice, we traverse left for one rope length before overcoming the slab via a juggy overhang. A beautiful route, with Finale-quality rock, always vertical with a few short overhangs. Water, as a constant feature of this holiday, did not spare us on the descent.
