I know the conditions are good, so we decide to join him. We climb four pitches on the crag in the morning; the heat is unbearable. As soon as the sun goes down, confident that the ice will have refrozen, we set off from Rossboden. The ascent goes well, but the presence of so many cars in the parking lot and two guys who left before us prompt us to hurry. Once we reach the top, there’s room for everyone, and with us, the bivouac is completely full. For me, it’s the first trip of this season, and strangely enough, I sleep very well. On Sunday, we climb up and ski down. Everything goes smoothly, but conditions at the top are a bit on the edge.
