Arrampicata a San Vito Lo Capo
Description
In January, in San Vito Lo Capo you climb in the sun on grey and orange limestone that drops almost to the sea. From 4 to 10 January we go there with Davide Bernardi, a Mountain Guide I often work with, for a week designed for sport climbers who fancy a great holiday or want to try to improve.
Each of us brings at most four people, so there is plenty of time to watch you climb and work on your movement together. We have five full days at the crag, from 5 to 9 January, on routes from 5b to 7a, and every morning we choose the sector according to the wind and the sun. We work on movement technique and balance, on reading the route, on managing energy and rests, on belaying the leader and on handling falls, so that you go home with a good store of climbing experience.
We get around in a car rented in Palermo, which gives us more freedom to move, and we stay in a flat with a kitchen.
