Avalanche Self-Rescue and Winter Shelter Training

There are skills you wish you'll never have to use, but which completely transform the way you experience the mountains.
This training program isn't primarily theoretical: it's a total immersion in realistic scenarios, where you learn by doing, and where fatigue and cold are part of the learning process. You'll build your own shelter and sleep in it. You'll search under pressure. You'll coordinate a team when every second counts.
Because when it really counts, you have to be ready.
Two days to:

Master the avalanche transceiver, shovel, and probe in real-world conditions
Coordinate a team search (an often overlooked but crucial element)
Build and spend the night in makeshift shelters (snow cave, hole in the snow)
Understand your limits and push past them
Gain the confidence that comes from doing, not just studying
